Soul Sanctuary Therapy provides individual therapy, (ages 16 and older) and couples therapy, offering support in areas including anxiety, depression, pet loss, grief, trauma, cognitive distortions, communication, and more. At this time all individual/couples sessions are conducted through Telehealth. Insurance is not currently accepted. Kindly reach out for pricing.
Group Therapy
Soul Sanctuary Therapy offers specialized group therapy for trauma, addiction, family dynamics, conflict resolution, communication skills, shame resiliency, anti-racism, and other related areas. All group therapy sessions are facilitated on-site. The exchange for communal healing is valued at 250$ per hour.
Drug & Alcohol Counseling/Assessments
Soul Sanctuary Therapy offers drug and alcohol assessments, counseling, and has expertise in collaborating with the criminal justice system. At this time all assessments and counseling sessions are conducted via Telehealth. Insurance is not currently accepted. Kindly reach out for pricing.
Criminal Justice Support
Soul Sanctuary Therapy possesses expertise in assisting individuals and families with issues related to institutionalization, parole, probation, DCFS involvement and navigating trauma within the criminal justice system. Insurance is not currently accepted. Kindly reach out for pricing.
